The Apartment

Felenia Apartment is the ideal destination for anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of urban life, with all the comforts at their disposal. The ground apartment offers 102 m² of living space with a kitchen, a living room with an extra open space for accommodation, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The quality and stylish furnishing ensures a comfortable and pleasant accommodation. Fully air-conditioned and centrally-heated, it is guaranteed to offer its guests a memorable stay not only in summer but in winter, too.

The main entrance door leads to an open plan living area, including the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and an extra open space serving as an extra room with two beds if necessary.

In the living room, with its comfortable corner sofa and the 50'' full HD TV with Android TV box, Satellite and Netflix, the guests can relax watching their favourite movies or programs.

The kitchen offers all the necessary equipment to prepare a meal either baked in the electric oven or cooked on the stove with burners working on gas. The guests can make use of the microwave oven, the filtre coffee machine, the large fridge and all the utensils with which the kitchen is equipped. There is also a washing machine. The wooden kitchen table can sit 8 diners, though we highly recommend enjoying a meal on the yard, in the garden or even beside the pool.

The extra open space proves to be very practical, as it has two extra beds, offering the possibility to sleep two more guests.

Each bedroom can accommodate two people. The main bedroom has a double bed and a 28'' LCD TV, while the second bedroom has two single beds, which can be easily put together to form one double when couples are accommodated. There is the option of placing an extra single bed in the second bedroom, or a baby cot. There are A/C, large wardrobes and safe boxes in both bedrooms.

While staying at the apartment, the guests will no doubt enjoy the large garden covered with lawn, where children can play and where adults can relax under the shade of olive trees.

The private swimming pool in the middle of the garden is bound to offer you long hours of fun and relaxation.
