The Villa

With its modern design and stylish furnishing, luxury Villa Felenia provides its guests with all the comforts needed for a relaxing, memorable and safe stay. The villa offers 170 m² of contemporary living space with spacious terraces and verandas overlooking the incredible White Mountains (“Lefka Ori”). Suitable for holidaymakers all year round, it is equipped with A/C for the hot summer months and has central heating and a fireplace for the cold winter ones.

The main entrance door leads to a spacious open plan living area, including the main living room, the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a WC. The whole living area is air-conditioned.

The main living room with its comfortable corner sofa is the perfect place to enjoy your favourite movies or programs on the 50'' Smart TV (with Satellite and Netflix)... that is, if you manage to take your eyes off the wonderful view which can be seen through the large windows.

The kitchen offers everything the guests need to prepare a delicious meal, either baked in the electric oven or cooked on the stove with burners working on gas. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary everyday devices, such as an espresso machine and a filter coffee machine, as well as a large fridge, a microwave oven and a dishwasher.

The stylish minimal design of the dining room maximizes the guests’ dining experience, but don’t miss enjoying a meal on the terrace, or even the pool patio, under the stars, with the peaceful sound of the crickets on the background.

A marble staircase leads to the middle floor with a sitting room, two bedrooms and the main bathroom.

The marble and granite fireplace turns the sitting room on the middle floor into the coziest part of the villa for those being accommodated during the winter months. Its minimal design, though, makes it ideal for relaxation all year round. The comfortable sofa bed can sleep 2 guests.

Each bedroom can accommodate up to two people and is equipped with A/C, a 32'' full HD TV, anatomic and hypoallergenic mattresses, a spacious wardrobe and a safe box.

Guests can enjoy a relaxing bath in the Jacuzzi bathtub provided in the main bathroom. Decorated with marble tiles, it combines luxury with practicality, as it contains a washing machine, two washbasins and a large mirror.

A second marble staircase leads to the top floor with the third bedroom and a spacious veranda.

The villa boasts a majestic attic-looking bedroom on the top floor, which can accommodate up to 2 guests and is equipped with a 32'' full HD TV, an A/C, a double bed with an anatomic and hypoallergenic mattress, a very spacious walk-in wardrobe and a safe box. There is the option of placing a baby cot if necessary.

The enormous veranda on the top floor is equipped with workout gym machines, but can also be used by anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view to the White Mountains and the lowlands, especially during sunset.

The outdoor spaces of the villa are bound to satisfy each guest. Lush flower beds decorated with colourful flowers, trees, plants and a beautiful grapevine ideally supplement the surrounding natural environment.

The private ecological swimming pool with salt electrolysis is on the side of the villa and is bound to offer you unique moments of fun and relaxation while enjoying the breathtaking view to the White Mountains.
